I currently run my personal training services out of a private health club in Salisbury called Parkwood Health & Fitness Club. I specialize in diet and nutrition, weight loss, inch loss, muscle toning and conditioning for men and women of all shapes and sizes. As a teenager I tried high board diving, competed at national level on the Trampoline and held high ranking belts (1 Black and 1 Brown) in differing styles of Karate and held 2 British Ladies Titles aged 15. My competitive edge hasn’t left me, and I now regularly compete in both Gym based X Training events, where I have won numerous events and Indoor Rowing, where I regularly have podium finishes. I am also an experienced runner and triathlete. I have recently been introduced to the world of High Intensity Functional Training and the methods of Crossfit, which whilst being hard, are an absolute blast.
